Xyflex NDT Scanner Flaps

Rigid Tungsten Composite Radiation Shielding Panels

Rigid Shielding Panels

Rigid panels of flame resistant plastic (UL94 approved) encase our Tungsten composite shielding. The laminated panels are easy to mount using mechanical fasteners.

We stock the widest range of lead-free radiation shielding in the world. Over 40 types of material are available in stock in our Houston facility. Custom orders are also available.

Tungsten Composite Shielding

Tungsten composite shielding is flexible and manufactured from non-toxic materials. Approximately twice the thickness of lead sheet with similar weight.

Lead-Lined Plywood

Standard 4x8 Sheets Plywood with lead laminate in thicknesses from 1/16" up to 1/2". Custom sizes and CNC machining are available for any project.

Lead-lined Drywall

Multiple sizes of drywall sheets from 4x8 to 4x12. Common lead laminate thicknesses from 1/32" up to 1/8". Can be cut to custom width prior to shipment.

Lead Glass and Windows

Leaded Xray glass provides 2.0mm Pb shielding for windows in shielded walls, doors, and barriers. Available in a variety of thicknesses and sizes. Lead-lined window frames are optional.

Lead Sheet and Plate

Rolls of sheet lead from 1/64" to 1/8" with standard roll widths of 2 ft and 4 ft. Lead plate from 1/4" to 4" thick. We can cut to size or CNC machine per drawings.

Lead Doors & Frames

Lead lined doors come complete with all hardware and pre-machined frames for easy installation. Standard lead lining thicknesses from 1/32" to 1/8", custom above 1/8" thickness.

Lead Bricks

We offer many sizes and shapes of lead bricks and blocks to meet almost any shielding needs. Both standard and interlocking lead bricks with sizes ranging from 1/2" to 4" thick.

Tungsten Composite Laminated Plywood

Plywood laminated with Tungsten composite is a good solution for special projects, temporary wall shielding and other radiation shielding needs.
